Warranty Statements
Fujitsu General America sells its products through authorized
channels to ensure the highest quality product and pre and post sales
support and service. We want to assure that anyone who purchases a
Fujitsu Plasmavision® display gets the full benefits of
their purchase. The only way customers can have this assurance of full
warranty protection and unmatched performance is if they purchase a
Plasmavision display from an authorized dealer.
Internet sales are strictly prohibited
and unauthorized.
Any
plasma display panels purchased on the Internet, from an online retailer
or any similar e-tailing website, OR
where the original factory serial numbers of the
display have been removed, defaced, or replaced in any way WILL NOT
BE COVERED BY WARRANTY.
Additionally, warranties are NOT transferable.
Please read the warranty statements below which apply to current
models purchased in the United States and Canada.
